Roses are Looking good
Rose garden is blooming nicely...about 25% so far. The yellow climbers are in full bloom as is the Don Juan climber.
Double Delight just started (they are my favorites) Pat Austin as well .
The foxglove are beautiful this year with about 12 plants well developed and more shoots appearing every few days.
Going to try to get a pic of the Double Delight tomorrow in teh morning light :)
I was surfing rose sites today and discovered a brown and a green rose. I tried to order Brown Velvet but it was out of stock.

Happy Birthday to Me
Why not wish myself a Happy Birthday...after all I'm about the only one (besides Jesus) that has much control there.
Praise the LORD ! He turned off the rain today every time it tried to dampen my special day. We had a shower around 1 PM while the sun was out and another sprinkle at 5 PM which lasted less than 2 minutes.
Nobody sent me money...sob...sob...(that's crying not swearing btw)
Thank you Adrienne and Deanna for the creative Birthday cards...I loved them. Sorry my scanner wasn't big enough to fit the whole page Adrienne. I think it's so cool how the scanner picked up the 3 dimensional flowers you made though.
New Color Scheme
Yes I got tired of the old color scheme...it was too dark and depressing.
Just wondering if it's better I don't post every day...or would posting something fresh yet banal be more suitable?
BTW...I'll probably not stick with this design either.

The day has finally arrived...Cory is getting three lower teeth pulled today, and having three implants prepared.
Unfortunately his temps aren't ready so he'll have to go a week without four front teeth.
It will probably be 8 or 9 months untill the upper teeth are completed and his smile will be better than ever!
Me...well I've been sick for over a week, except for Sunday and Monday when I thought I was recovered.
I went from the flu to a head cold :(
I think I picked up both from my Sunday School boys...if they only knew what I went through for them :)
